John believes Vermont should be a place where working families can afford to live, build a career, and retire.
Too many Vermonters are being squeezed by rising property taxes, higher energy costs, increasing health insurance premiums, and the growing cost of everyday life. John is committed to fighting for lower costs by opposing unnecessary taxes, mandates, and government spending that place additional burdens on Vermont families, seniors, farmers, and small businesses.

As a fifth-generation Vermonter who grew up working on his family's dairy farm, John understands that rural communities are the heart of Vermont.

John believes the people who live and work on the land deserve a strong voice in Montpelier.
